EZBookPlus Terms of Service
Effective September 30, 2026. EZBookPlus is operated by Christopher M. Robinson as a sole proprietor. These terms apply to business and customer accounts, subscriptions, bookings, payments, public profiles, the Social Hub, team workspaces, class and membership tools, and developer integrations provided through ezbookplus.com.
1. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect your login, and use EZBookPlus lawfully. You may not impersonate another person, upload unlawful or infringing material, misuse customer information, interfere with the service, evade security or usage limits, or use payment verification to misrepresent a transaction. Account owners are responsible for activity performed by people they authorize.
2. Business plans and subscriptions
Current prices, included features, billing intervals, and add-on charges are shown before checkout. Standard and Premium accounts are designed for individual professionals. Team Business accounts may include a central business profile, linked professional profiles, authorized roles, central booking, configurable payment routing, a complimentary front-desk user where offered, and additional paid professional seats. Classes & Groups accounts may include sessions, capacity controls, calendars, memberships, recurring billing, trials, and add-ons.
Automatic-renewal subscriptions renew at the selected interval until cancelled. A manual-renewal choice ends at the close of the paid period unless another payment is completed. Stripe processes subscription payments. Taxes may be added when legally required. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase lawful charges already incurred. Unless a specific offer states otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable after the paid service period begins, except where law requires a refund or EZBookPlus confirms a billing error.
3. VIP, trials, and promotions
VIP eligibility, inventory, reservation deadlines, serial numbers, lifetime access, discounts, trial duration, and any one-time price are governed by the exact promotion displayed at signup or purchase. An unpaid or expired VIP trial becomes inactive after its stated deadline, and a reserved number or serial may return to available inventory. Fraud, charge reversal, or misuse can invalidate promotional access.
4. Appointments, classes, memberships, and provider policies
Each listed business is an independent service provider responsible for its services, professionals, schedules, class capacity, pricing, licensing, customer communications, membership terms, and refund or cancellation policies. EZBookPlus supplies business software and is not the provider of a booked service or class. Customers should review the business’s policies before booking, joining, or paying.
5. Payments, receipts, and tips
Card payments may be processed through a business’s connected Stripe account. Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo options may send customers to an external payment app; the customer may then submit a receipt for advisory screening and final business verification. Automated screening cannot prove that a screenshot or payment is authentic. Businesses must verify funds in their real payment account before marking a transaction paid. Optional tips go to the service provider and remain subject to that provider’s refund policy and applicable law.
6. Team access and payment routing
Team owners and authorized managers control member roles, permissions, scheduling access, profile visibility, and whether supported payments route centrally or to individual professionals. Team members must access only the customer, booking, and financial information needed for their assigned role. Removing a member may end that member’s workspace access but does not automatically erase records the business must retain.
7. Social Hub and user content
The Social Hub may let users publish posts, images, replies, business promotions, and location-based content. You retain responsibility for content you submit and give EZBookPlus permission to host, display, format, and distribute it as needed to operate the feature. We may investigate reports and remove, restrict, or moderate content or accounts that violate these terms, threaten safety, infringe rights, mislead users, or disrupt the community. Social Hub availability or beta features may change.
8. Developer API and third-party websites
When enabled, API keys and integration credentials are confidential and may be used only for the authorized business. Integrators must follow documented security requirements, rate limits, customer-consent rules, and applicable law. EZBookPlus may rotate or revoke credentials that are exposed, abused, inactive, or used in ways that threaten the platform. Third-party websites remain responsible for their own content, security, disclosures, and customer experience.
9. Email, text, and automated features
Email appointment communications may be sent according to customer preferences. When text messaging is made available, it is optional, is never a condition of purchase, and is governed by the separate Text Messaging Terms. AI features are available only when the product clearly identifies them as active; features labeled “coming soon” are not part of the current service. Delivery and automated outputs are not guaranteed, and users remain responsible for reviewing schedules, financial information, and business decisions.
10. Privacy and customer data
Our Privacy Policy explains how account, booking, team, class, Social Hub, message, integration, and payment-verification information is handled. Businesses may access or export customer information only for lawful business purposes and must honor applicable privacy, security, and marketing-consent requirements.
11. Availability, changes, and account action
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update features, security controls, or these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, security threats, or material violations of these terms.
12. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, EZBookPlus is provided “as is.” EZBookPlus is not responsible for the quality or outcome of independent businesses’ services, external payment-app availability, third-party website content, or losses caused by users’ inaccurate information or failure to verify a payment. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
